Thank you for shopping with us! Here's a quick guide to our return policy by product type.
New Books — 7-Day Returns
New books may be returned within 7 days of deliveryfor a refund or store credit, provided the book is in its original, unread condition (no cracked spine, no markings, original packaging intact if applicable).
To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
Used Books — All Sales Final
Because condition is subjective and carefully disclosed at the time of listing, all used book sales are final. We grade every used book under one of four condition grades:
- Like New — Minimal to no signs of use; spine is tight, pages are clean.
- Good — Light wear such as minor shelf wear or slight spine creasing. Fully readable, no missing pages.
- Fair — Noticeable wear including writing, highlighting, or heavier creasing. Complete and readable.
- Poor — Heavy wear, possible loose pages, or significant markings. Listed at a steep discount with detailed description.
Item Not as Described
If your used book arrives in a condition meaningfully worse than listed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll review it and, if warranted, issue store credit or a replacement.
Accessories (Bookmarks, Stickers & More) — All Sales Final
All accessory sales — including bookmarks, stickers, and other non-book items — are final. These items are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged in Transit
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
